If you have received any wrong, defected or damaged product then there is an easy return/exchange process on gizmobitz.com. You just have to contact our customer care executives on 8527600022 or email@example.com during (Mon-Sat) 10 AM TO 6:30 PM. Before returning, exchanging or cancelling any products please consider the following given points.
Returns Acceptable in Following Cases only:
- Damage product delivered to the customer.
- Wrong product delivered to the customers.
Points to be considered in Returns process:
- Return requested will only be accepted within 48 hours from the day of delivery.
- The products will be returned only if the product is unused, should be packed in the original packing with all the tags on their place, if the tags are being found missing then the products will not be returned.
- Cash on delivery charges are non-refundable incase of Refund.
- Whenever our courier partner is not available in a given locality the customer has to self-ship the product from his/her side, we will pay the shipping charges to the customer after receiving the courier bill and verifying all the things (Max. refund of courier charges is Rs 40).
- The customer will get the payment of the product within 7 days after we receive the product.
- The customers have to send his account details on firstname.lastname@example.org for payment process.
- The product should be repacked in safe condition for shipment.
