Return Policy

  • Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable): 30 days from the Invoice date
  • Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date

Unless another return policy is indicated on the item, products sold by Gizmobitz are covered by the following Standard Return Policy. All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. If you have purchased the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) item with the retail packaging, please refer to the Manufacturer's Warranties Policy below.

Gizmobitz in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

Special Return Policy

  • 15% restocking fee may apply

All returns under Special Return Policy requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned without RMA number will be refused.

All returns under Special Return Policy must include the following:

  1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
  3. Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is REQUIRED on every return package. You can obtain the RMA number by contacting us atreturns@gizmobitz.com with your Invoice Number or Order Number.
  4. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
  5. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
  6. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
  7. The RMA number must be written on the invoice or the shipping box. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval.

All items have to be returned within 30 days of the Invoice Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box, provided that there is no restocking fee for defective products. Defective products can only be returned for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase.

Manufacturer's Warranties

Gizmobitz does NOT offer any returns on any products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy unless it's a wrong item shipped case or never opened items. All items must be returned in the original brand new condition. All opened returns will be refused at customer's cost. Most of the products under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy are covered by manufacturer's warranty, please contact product's manufacturer for the warranty details.

Products that listed under Manufacturer's Warranties return policy must be returned directly to the product manufacturer for repair or replacement, unless otherwise required by law. For these items, the warranty policy provided by the product manufacturer explicitly requires that any returns, repairs etc. be requested and processed directly by the consumer (or "end-user") of the item.

Return Method

Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return order. Please include a brief note on the invoice if you have anyadditional information or comments that you would like to provide.
To return your order, simply send email to: returns@gizmobitz.com with the invoice number and return item(s) information.

Cancellation policy

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with Gizmobitz.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

  • Product no longer available with our merchant or temporarily out of stock
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address
  • Non-serviceable locations
  • At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
